Dsquared2

Dsquared2 is the brainchild of twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten.  Originally from Willowdale, Toronto, the pair moved to Italy after studying at the Parson’s School of Design in New York City.  Whilst in Italy, the Caten’s collaborated with some of the most prestigious Italian fashion houses before eventually presenting their first Dsquared2 men’s collection in 1995.  Capturing the attention of both journalists and buyers from around the world, the show was met with great success.  Dsquared2’s house codes are a combination of Canadan iconography, such as the maple leaf used to form part of the brand’s logo and exquisite Italian tailoring.  Dividing their time between Milan and London, the brand’s motto ‘Born in Canada, Made in Italy’ celebrates the marriage between the two countries that they are thankful to for their success.  

Dsquared2 kids perfectly embodies the brand’s aesthetic.  Stylish Icon and D2 branding has been adapted on cool kids Dsquared2 caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts and jogging bottoms.  The brand’s maple leaf logo also features heavily on Dsquared2 junior sweatshirts and swimwear.  Dsquared2 kids is the perfect choice for mini-me kids that are cutting-edge cool; the icons of children’s dressing.
